We specialize in a wide variety of corporate yacht events including holiday parties, team building activities, networking events, product launches, client appreciation, company retreats, employee recognition celebrations, and executive dinners. We offer two primary yachts for corporate events:

Dandeana: Accommodates up to 100 guests with a sleek, modern design featuring contemporary amenities and rooftop views from the upper deck – perfect for intimate executive gatherings or mid-sized team events.

FantaSea One: Our largest yacht accommodates up to 250 guests across four expansive decks, including an enormous rooftop deck, modern Captain’s lounge, dining room and dance floor deck. This vessel is ideal for large corporate events, company-wide celebrations, and major client entertainment.

Our corporate yacht charters cruise within the tranquil waters of Marina del Rey harbor, featuring 8.5 miles of scenic waterway with stunning views of Santa Monica Bay and the Los Angeles coastline. The protected harbor ensures smooth sailing conditions – never rough or tipsy. Events typically are 4 hours, though we can customize the duration based on your specific needs and event requirements.

We offer full-service catering with customizable menu options ranging from casual buffets to elegant plated dinners. Our culinary team can accommodate dietary restrictions, corporate dietary preferences, and themed menus. Bar services include full open bars, wine service, champagne toasts, and custom specialty cocktails. We also work with your preferred vendors if you have specific catering requirements or wish to bring in specialized cuisine.

Our corporate packages typically include yacht rental, professional event planning services, tables and seating, linens (white or black with color upgrade options available), china and glassware, basic sound system with microphone capabilities, and dedicated onboard staff. We also provide ceremony and reception setup, entertainment enhancements including plasma screens with DVD capability, and coordination with any additional vendors you choose to bring aboard.

We recommend booking your corporate event 2-6 months in advance, especially for popular weekend dates and holiday parties (November-December), summer team building events, or year-end celebrations. However, we understand corporate schedules can be dynamic, and we’ll work to accommodate shorter notice bookings when possible. Peak season dates require more advance planning.

Corporate event pricing starts at approximately $8,000 and varies based on guest count, yacht selection, catering choices, bar service level, event duration, and additional services requested. We provide customized quotes based on your specific requirements and budget. Our event specialists will work with you to create a memorable experience within your corporate budget parameters.

Absolutely! We excel at creating themed corporate events, from casual to formal black-tie affairs. Our event planning team can incorporate your company branding, colors, and corporate messaging throughout the event. We’ve successfully executed themed parties including casino nights, holiday celebrations, product launch presentations, and industry-specific networking events with appropriate décor and ambiance.

Our yachts are equipped with sound systems, microphone capabilities, and wall-mounted plasma screens for corporate presentations, speeches, or award ceremonies. For more extensive AV needs, we coordinate with professional vendors to provide additional equipment such as projection systems, enhanced sound, lighting, and staging to ensure your corporate message is effectively delivered.
