How to Book a Yacht Party in Los Angeles
Booking with FantaSea is straightforward. Here’s how it works from first inquiry to event day:
- Choose your yacht and guest count. The Admiral XL holds up to 12, the Dandeana up to 100, and FantaSea One up to 250. Your guest count determines which vessel fits your event.
- Check your date. Peak dates — summer weekends (June–September) and holiday party season (November–December) — book 3 to 6 months in advance. Reach out early to confirm availability.
- Request a custom quote. Submit your event type, guest count, preferred date, and any special requests. FantaSea will prepare a detailed proposal covering yacht rental, catering options, bar service, and staffing.
- Tour the yachts. Private showings are available at our Marina del Rey dock by appointment, Tuesday–Saturday 11AM–4PM.
- Sign and secure your date. A deposit and signed contract locks in your date. A dedicated event coordinator is assigned to manage every detail from planning through execution.
Most events run 4–5 hours. FantaSea handles catering, bar service, setup, cleanup, and day-of coordination — so you show up and celebrate.

FANTASEA ONE
Capacity: 250 guests
The largest yacht in our fleet, FantaSea One sports an enormous rooftop deck (one of four expansive decks), modern Captain’s lounge, and a signature marble bar that is a popular gathering place for guests. With a 250 guest capacity, this yacht can host anything from a wedding to large corporate events.
