The Dandeana hosts up to 100 guests, FantaSea One accommodates up to 250 guests across four decks, and the Admiral XL is available for intimate gatherings of up to 12. Yes. We have extensive experience working with kosher caterers throughout Los Angeles and welcome them aboard our yachts. We can accommodate fully kosher catering under rabbinical supervision, or provide kosher-style menu options through our in-house culinary team. Our kitchens and serving areas are equipped to support kosher food service requirements.

Our all-inclusive packages cover the private yacht venue, professional event coordination, catering, bar service, wait staff, linens, tables, chairs, complete setup and cleanup, and your captain and crew. We also coordinate with your outside vendors—DJ, photographer, videographer, florist, and entertainment—to ensure everything runs smoothly. Custom add-ons include premium bar upgrades, themed decor packages, and specialty entertainment like photo booths and LED dance floors.

We travel at approximately 3 knots through 8.5 miles of sheltered waterway, which means the ride is smooth and gentle. Guests of all ages, including grandparents and young children, are comfortable throughout the entire celebration.

Absolutely. Many families host both the ceremony and the reception aboard the same yacht. The open-air Sky Deck on both Dandeana and FantaSea One provides a beautiful setting for the ceremony with ocean and sunset views, while the enclosed decks below transition seamlessly into the reception. This eliminates the need for guests to travel between separate ceremony and party venues.

Most bar and bat mitzvah celebrations run 4 to 5 hours, which provides plenty of time for the ceremony (if held aboard), cocktail hour, dinner service, candle-lighting, montage presentation, dancing, and entertainment. We can customize the cruise duration to match your event timeline, and our yachts can stay at the dock longer or return early based on your preferences.

Yes. We welcome your preferred vendors aboard our yachts. We also maintain a curated resource list of DJs, photographers, videographers, and entertainment providers who have experience working specifically in a yacht environment. Your event coordinator can provide recommendations and handle vendor logistics on your behalf.

We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for weekend dates during peak season (spring through fall). Popular dates can fill up a year or more ahead. Contact our team as early as possible to secure your preferred date and yacht.

All FantaSea yacht events depart from Marina del Rey, conveniently located on the Westside of Los Angeles. The marina is minutes from LAX, Santa Monica, Venice, and Beverly Hills. Multiple Los Angeles County public parking lots are located close to our departure docks, and several hotels are within walking distance for out-of-town guests.
