Wishing a very special Happy Birthday to Maureen Ness, our office manager extraordinaire! Maureen has been with FantaSea since our beginning in 1980. She not only brings us endless days of happiness and smiles but has been around to see most of blossom from our teens into adulthood. Her comforting manner, laughter and wit keep us on our toes! We feel extremely proud and humbled to have Maureen with us after all these years.

As we think back to the last year, we wanted to give special attention to Ali, one of our Bat Mitzvahs and her mother Elaine. Allison was an incredibly delightful young lady we had the honor of working with. John Williams-Jacob, their event planner recalls fondly the many meetings that left him wanting more of her energy and commitment to the DIY world for her FantaSea Yacht Club Bat Mitzvah. Elaine gave full credit to Ali for the vision, walking to each store, asking clerks and taking the time to fulfill her DIY dreams with hard work. We wanted to share some of her great ideas and photos of her finished centerpieces.

Happy 3rd Anniversary to Bridget and Evan Katz! Without a doubt, one of the nicest, fun and most loving couples that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I am forever grateful having been a part of their entire process and their insanely wonderful day….November 1, 2008. The day included a fantastic choreographed First Dance to the Cure’s Love Cats. The Katz’s send warm holiday greetings each year to let us know what they have been up to and we were excited to see that last year included an extra room in their lovely new house for a beautiful daughter.
