Melody David

Special Events Producer

A native of Palos Verdes California, Special Events Producer, Melody David is the newest addition to the FantaSea Event Producing Team. Having previously worked on luxury yachts in the San Francisco Bay, her passion for planning events on the water is evident.

Melody' s event planning experience began during her degree at the University of California Santa Cruz, where she held the position of production stage manager for the University' s Opera Department. There, she finely tuned her natural planning abilities, which lead her to the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Opera San Jose and San Diego Opera.

Having a love for planning and details, as well as the water, Melody easily transitioned from the theater to the water planning wonderful events utilizing her artistic skills and stagecraft experience. While living in the San Francisco Bay, she planned countless weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and school events on the bay' s finest yachts.

When Melody is not in the office she can be found either lawn bowling with her father, at a yoga class or on the beach with her friends.
