Fall is here! And that means just one thing: it’s time to plan your year-end holiday party.

Wait, what? Don’t we get to get through Halloween, or at least Thanksgiving, before we need to think on December? NOPE! All great party-planners know that the best party venues fill up quickly, and our gorgeous yachts are no exception. But we want your yacht party to be epic and easy, unforgettable yet completely manageable – it’s that mix of fabulous festivity and problem solving that make FantaSea Yachts the perfect place for your holiday party.

Wait a minute – this sounds expensive.
While we’re costlier than punch and pie in the park, having a yacht party with FantaSea is a lot more affordable than people tend to think. In addition to providing stunning views and a 100% private location, the true value that we bring to the table is our complete all-inclusivity. Our pricing includes wonderful drink and menu options and expert staffing for a far lower cost than that of many nearby restaurants and hotels. And with the gently gliding coastline as your backdrop, you can save on elaborate decorating schemes that might be needed in a lesser venue. Besides, starting in late November, many of the yachts in our harbor and shoreline buildings are beautifully decorated with holiday lights and festivities – so the neighborhood does the decorating for you!

Okay fine, but that’s not the only cost – what about outrageous insurance fees, ludicrous parking costs, staffing tariffs, and other hidden costs?
No, no, none of that. Every yacht party that FantaSea hosts comes fully insured (for the yacht as well as all passengers and crew). Our location is easily accessed by reasonably priced LA County public parking lots. And all staff fees are included within the food and beverage price, so you’ll never be surprised when you get the final bill.

Let’s talk turkey – how much is it?
A typical event ranges in price from $75-$125 per person, depending on the event date, the total number of guests, and the specifics of the dining menu & bar. These prices are quite bit less than many other 5-Star locations in our region – namely, we are less costly than The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey and quite a bit less than the fancy Santa Monica and Beverly Hills hotels.

Okay, that sounds great, but what else do I get?
You get so much! Unlike some of the other guys, FantaSea’s full yacht parties include the tables, chairs, linens and all that is necessary for food and beverage service. FantaSea Yachts also has a proprietary, pre-qualified list of entertainers and specialty party vendors that we make available to our clients (just ask us for the list). And last, but certainly not least, every one of our parties is managed by an event-planning and coordination team with hundreds of years of combined experience. Jasmine and our operations team step in and take care of putting together an excellent and memorable event – no outside party planner needed.
